Created by golf professional Peter Stebbings, the ParMaker putting mat is destined to become probably the most popular indoor putting game in the world.

To get an independent view of the ParMaker mat we asked Gary Alliss, senior professional at the Belfry, to put it under the spotlight.

Firstly commenting on the quality of the mat and specifically the putting surface, Gary said:
"The quality of the ParMaker mat is second to none; it really is like playing on the finest putting green"

Moving on to how he thought the ParMaker mat would be used; he was as equally enthusiastic, observing:
"The secret of the ParMaker mat is its sheer versatility. From a professional's point of view, it's an excellent training aid which I believe will be widely used not only in the UK but worldwide. However, I believe it will have a much wider usage than just for training. It's unique in that both golfers and non golfers can join together to enjoy what is sheer addictive fun - in fact it's so versatile that all the family can join in"

But will it help the typical golfer to improve his game? Gary certainly thought so, and had this to say:
"Developing your technique is fundamental to bringing down your handicap. One of the ways to do this is to make every put count. Using the ParMaker mat to polish your putting skills could make all the difference to your game"

Following the evaluation of the ParMaker putting mat by Gary Alliss it's clear that it is an ideal product for any location, where people with golfing skills or no sporting skills at all can be engaged and entertained.
